By participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:

• Forest School activities involve inherent risks. These may range from minor scrapes to serious injuries, including paralysis or death.

• You acknowledge these risks and take full responsibility for your child's participation based on their skill level.

2. Permission for First Aid:

• You understand that a qualified First Aid attendant is on-site and consent to necessary medical treatment, including transportation to a medical facility, in case of injury, accident, or illness during the program.

3. Appropriate Clothing:

• You are responsible for ensuring your child is dressed appropriately for each activity (recommended attire will be communicated beforehand).

4. Inclement Weather:

• Due to the outdoor nature of our programs, weather may impact safety. We reserve the right to cancel or modify activities due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Personal Belongings:

• You are solely responsible for your child's personal belongings before, during, and after the program. This incudes any staining or damage to children’s clothing.

6. Parental Supervision:

• The majority of sessions are drop-and-go, meaning parents leave their child at the session location. However, on occasions where sessions include parents and families, WILD Ones does not assume responsibility for supervising your child. Your child must be supervised by you at all times during the program.

7. Waiver of Liability:

• You, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release and discharge WILD Ones Forest School, its event organisers, partners, managers, officers, agents, contractors, volunteers (including medical and paramedical personnel), landowners, and licensees from any and all claims, demands, obligations, and liabilities arising from your child's participation in the program, regardless of cause.

• This includes foreseeable and unforeseen claims, injuries, damages, and losses, including those arising from negligence, breach of contract, or breach of duty.

8. Entire Agreement:

• This Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability constitutes the entire agreement between you and WILD Ones Forest School and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements, whether oral or written.

By participating in WILD Ones Forest School programs, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this document and agree to its terms.
